3. Quotations
All quotations provided by Facilities Support Cleaning are free and without obligation. Quotations are based on the information provided by the client at the time of enquiry. If the condition, size, or scope of work differs from the information supplied, we reserve the right to amend the quotation accordingly.
Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Bookings & Appointments
A booking is considered confirmed once accepted by both parties.
Clients must provide accurate information regarding the property, cleaning requirements, and access arrangements before the scheduled service.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings where necessary.
5. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring our cleaning team has safe and timely access to the property at the agreed appointment time.
If access is unavailable upon arrival, cancellation fees may apply.
Facilities Support Cleaning will not be responsible for delays caused by restricted or denied access.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information regarding the cleaning requirements.
- Ensure utilities such as electricity and water are available during the service.
- Secure any valuable, fragile, or sentimental items before cleaning begins.
- Notify us of any special instructions or hazards before the appointment.
7. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of services.
We accept payment via approved methods communicated at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the service.
Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of future services.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing reasonable notice.
Where less than 24 hours’ notice is given, Facilities Support Cleaning reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
We understand that circumstances can change and will always aim to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible.
9. Satisfaction & Complaints
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service being completed.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, take reasonable steps to address the concern.
10. Liability
While every effort is made to provide services to a high standard, Facilities Support Cleaning shall not be liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to property or furnishings.
- Wear and tear resulting from normal use.
- Damage caused by faulty fixtures, fittings, or equipment.
- Losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service. Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
11. Health & Safety
Facilities Support Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where:
- Conditions are deemed unsafe.
- There is a risk to staff health or wellbeing.
- Hazardous materials are present without prior notification.
The safety of our employees and clients remains a priority at all times.
